The project consists of a covered pool cabana including an open entry way, breezeway, lanai, and two enclosed restroom facilities. Decorative stone is incorporated on the columns and base of the façade. The exposed timber beams, tongue and groove decking, and rafters were connected using custom decorative steel brackets. The community also features playground area nestled under mature oaks that were protected and saved during construction. The play structures are constructed of natural timbers and surround by earth mounds and a butterfly garden.
