Twin Waters

This Design/Build Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) project included the main amenity area, two pocket parks and the perimeter streetscape and entry features. The primary amenity area includes a cabana building, a coordinating shade pavilion and a zero-entry pool with built-in splash pad. The smaller neighborhood parks feature play structures with shade sails and mail kiosks. Our scope also included retaining walls, walking trails, landscape, irrigation and site furnishings.

Jordan provided program development, budget estimates, value engineering suggestions and 3D modeling services. Acted as design manager coordinating the work of Keesee Associates, the landscape architect and the pool designer with the Owner. Provided project management services while acting as the general contractor during construction. Also self-performed the site working including earthwork, stormwater, potable water and sanitary systems.
